Cannot Finish Onboarding
Finish is blocked until the readiness checklist has no red blocking items.
Common blockers:
- No first project exists
- Starter data was skipped or failed
- No starter foreman or crew was seeded
- Equipment or material catalog is empty
- Project activity codes or payment items are missing
- No starter budget exists, so cost signals cannot fire
- The admin is not assigned to the first project
Go back to the project or starter data step, fix the missing item, then return to the checklist. The sample project preview is only a preview and does not count as completing onboarding.
