1. When the plugin is installed in a compatible client, select TCC Pre-Bid and attach PDFs you are authorized to share.
2. Ask: “Review the attached tender for scope gaps and risks. Cite pages and draft clarification questions.”
3. Read the coverage note, then ask follow-up questions about clauses and cross-references.

Coverage distinguishes searches, pages read, visual inspection and unverified material. A keyword search is not a complete submission-compliance review.

Your environment must make PDFs accessible to its document tools or Python. The bundled reader requires Python 3.10+ and pypdf; it handles one PDF per operation, up to 256 MiB and 3,000 pages, using bounded search ranges and reporting sparse, failed or truncated text. Visual capabilities depend on your client.

Encrypted PDFs need an accessible unlocked copy. Portfolio attachments must be explicitly extracted. Scanned pages need visual reading or appropriate OCR in the host; no OCR engine is bundled.

The plugin does not connect to a TCC project, perform quantity takeoff, price or submit a bid. Unresolved contractual conflicts remain clarification questions.
