- Account and contact information: name, email, company, role, language, and login identifiers.
- Project data: daily reports, costs, hours, materials, equipment, subcontractors, documents, and notes entered into TCC.
- Support data: messages, help requests, attachments, and information needed to diagnose an issue.
- Usage data: pages viewed, in-app actions, device, browser, approximate IP address, and technical logs.
- Campaign data: source, medium, campaign, ads viewed, forms submitted, and conversion events when advertising tags are enabled.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate TCC, protect accounts, improve the product, and measure communications.
- Provide access to the software, reports, and collaboration features.
- Handle requests, provide support, and send service notices.
- Secure accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain audit logs.
- Analyze website and product usage to improve workflows.
- Measure marketing campaigns, including conversions from LinkedIn or other platforms, when those tools are enabled.
- Meet legal, contractual, and accounting obligations.
3. Cookies, analytics, and campaigns
TCC may use essential cookies for login, security, and preferences. We may also use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and conversions.
When campaigns are active, platforms such as LinkedIn may receive limited signals about page views or conversions, according to their own policies. You can manage cookies in your browser and use privacy controls offered by those platforms.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to provide the service or comply with the law.
- Service providers: hosting, email, support, analytics, advertising, payment, or operational tools.
- Customers and authorized users: project data visible according to permissions configured by the customer.
- Authorities or advisors: when required by law, contract, or the protection of TCC's rights.
- Business transaction: if the company is reorganized, sold, or transferred, with reasonable safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, meet obligations, and maintain audit records. Project data is retained according to customer needs and applicable contract requirements.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, audit logs, and application safeguards. No system is risk-free; users must also protect their credentials.
7. Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where permitted by law. You can also unsubscribe from marketing communications or adjust cookie preferences in your browser.
8. Transfers and processors
Some providers may process data in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they operate cloud services. We select providers that offer reasonable safeguards.
9. Children
TCC is intended for organizations and construction professionals. The service is not directed to children.
