Empty Dropdowns
Empty dropdowns usually mean setup data is missing or not linked to the active project.
Check these in order
- Project/date - confirm you are on the correct active project and report date.
- Starter data - in onboarding, load starter data before trying the first daily report.
- Workers/equipment/materials - make sure catalogs exist for the company.
- Activity codes - project-specific activity codes must be available for entries.
- Payment items/CWPs - these are optional for some workflows but required if your project controls use them.
- Permissions - confirm the user has access to the project.
If a catalog exists globally but not on the project, copy or snapshot it into the project setup.
