- Use the private response page to upload a permitted file when uploads are enabled.
- Wait for the scan and check file status. A file stays unavailable while pending or blocked.
- Keep the intended ready files selected, enter the answer and confirm submission once.
Each link allows up to 10 reserved files, 100 MiB per file and 250 MiB total. File names and types are validated. An uncertain upload requires a read-only status check, not another upload. A clean scan does not approve the drawing or instruction. A later blocking result removes file access without deleting the recorded answer. Response files do not automatically enter the document repository or AI index.
