How do I check readiness and release a scope to construction?

  1. Select the exact scope and activity; do not assume parent coverage applies to every child.
  2. Use Requirement / permit and Assign an action. Materials require required and accepted quantities, unit and location. Permits require authority, type, owner, applicability, evidence, conditions and any expiry.
  3. Use Check readiness and Review scope coverage after checking requirements and evidence. Missing permit evidence stays unknown; a reviewer checks conditions.
  4. Use Release to construction only for that scope under the required permission.
  5. Use Record site feedback for progress, receipts and issues against the release.

Procurement stage, delivery and P6 completion cannot substitute for readiness approval. Actual delivery does not mean accepted material. A release is not financial approval or permission for unrelated scopes. If access or a write conflicts, refresh and review the current state before another action.
