Assess criticality records required-on-site and award dates, fabrication/shipping weeks and confidence, AFE reference, first cash-out basis, evidence and note. Order-by subtracts ceiling((fabrication + shipping weeks) × 7) calendar days. Positive schedule or funding gaps mean late.
Review shared AFE readiness records forecast or confirmed readiness once for the same case-sensitive AFE reference in the selected project. Readiness requires full approval and commitment authority. Unknown cash-out does not silently use award; the Award proxy must be explicit.
After baseline approval, use the weekly forecast workflow. Baseline order-by uses approved durations, not revised lead times. AFE readiness compares to the package’s required approval date. Filter by owner, AFE or status. Grey means missing evidence; Confirm status asks you to check an unconfirmed forecast past its deadline. Neither funding readiness nor an on-time forecast approves construction.
