- From your activity, choose Insert from library → Browse starter packages.
- Select a package, such as Underground services, and check the resources you need. Category and description filters keep your selection.
- Click Add to activity. If no activity was active, choose the destination first. Both selectors close and you return to the new cost lines.
- Adjust quantities and rates in the activity and save. Direct resources start at one in their native unit; labour and equipment start at one worker or machine, with hours determined by productivity.
Resources already in your company library remain selectable. Starting prices are editable allowances: verify specifications and delivery, operator and fuel inclusions for this bid. Package descriptions are anonymous; adding them creates bid resources.
