- Choose Edit prod. on the activity.
- Select Units/hour or Hours/unit and enter a positive value. Working duration follows the activity's quantity and productivity.
- After adding labour, you can use Man-hours/unit. Switching basis converts the display without changing existing hours or costs. Choose Save productivity after editing the value.
Labour and equipment hours follow working duration and their equivalent counts. In man-hours/unit mode, changing crew size keeps labour effort per unit fixed and changes duration; in the other modes it keeps crew output fixed. Direct material quantities change with output only when their quantity rule requires it.
