Existing and new bids default to Company-wide within their tenant. People still need estimating permission; their existing roles control viewing, pricing, editing and approval.
- A company administrator expands the bid in Bid pipeline and chooses Manage access.
- Choose Selected people and select active team members. An empty selection allows company administrators only. Selecting someone does not grant estimating roles.
- Choose Save access. The green confirmation names the bid and saved scope. It stays visible until you close or change the form. Reopen to check the saved selection.
Every estimate, revision and document in the bid inherits access. Company administrators retain oversight; an Estimating Lead must be selected like other members. No setting grants access to another tenant.
To revoke access, deselect the person and save. New reads and saves are denied; data already viewed or downloaded cannot be recalled. Previously copied content and published company-library templates keep their own access. Choose Company-wide and save to reopen the original bid within the tenant.
After a conflict or unconfirmed response, choose Reload saved access, review the saved settings and reapply your changes. Do not assume an error means the change was not saved. Remove inactive or unavailable selected members before saving restrictions.
