Work Order Report (Dossier)
Click Report on any WO row in the Work Orders tab. The report shows:
- Cost summary (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractor vs. estimated)
- Daily cost breakdown
- All linked entries with match badges (Confirmed / Activity match / Auto-detected)
- Daily notes and photos
- Linked documents
- Spec Intel insights (if available)
- Approval trail
Export options
- Download PDF — generates a multi-page PDF dossier
- Export CSV — downloads all WOs for the project as a spreadsheet
- Print — browser print dialog
