- Import cannot read the file: use CSV/XLSX, within 5 MB, 5,000 selected rows and 100 columns. Check the worksheet and description mapping, then Update preview. Cancel remains available. Formula values can be corrected after import.
- Duplicate file: inspect existing BOQ rows before explicitly acknowledging another import.
- Revision changed: reopen or reload the latest data and review again before saving.
- Starter resources already added: use Return to activity or Refresh. If the result is unconfirmed, retry Add to activity in the same selector.
- Locked resource: reopen it with a reason before changing its price.
- Estimating menu absent: ask your administrator to check workspace availability and access.
For quotation blockers, follow the specific correction beside the action in Finalize BOQ. Do not repeat completed approvals. The bot cannot infer whether your current quotation was saved; check its saved version and amount.
