- Import cannot read the file: use CSV/XLSX, within 5 MB, 5,000 selected rows and 100 columns. Check the worksheet and description mapping, then Update preview. Cancel remains available. Formula values can be corrected after import.
- Duplicate file: inspect existing BOQ rows before explicitly acknowledging another import.
- Revision changed: reopen or reload the latest data and review again before saving.
- Starter resources already added: use Return to activity or Refresh. If the result is unconfirmed, retry Add to activity in the same selector.
- Locked resource: reopen it with a reason before changing its price.
- Estimating menu absent: ask your administrator to check workspace availability and access.
