Update totals and resolve cost-link or indirect-allocation issues in Reconcile. When Ready, choose Create revision snapshot. Find preserved revisions under Versions & reports.
The saved revision retains its inputs, resource rates and review history. Editing continues in a successor draft with unchanged approvals carried forward. Later edits reopen only affected checks; recalculating unchanged inputs does not require blanket reapproval.
Use snapshots for interim cost milestones and Finalize BOQ for Preliminary, Revised or Final quotations. Copying scope from a different bid does not transfer its approval authority. These operations do not publish a live project budget.
