How do I review, lock or reopen bid resources?

1. Apply or discard pending worksheet changes in Bid resources.
2. Choose Review and lock on a resource, or select visible resources and use the batch action. Inspect its default price and prices already saved in its uses, then confirm.
3. To correct it later, choose Reopen, record a reason and confirm. Make the correction, then review and lock again.

Locked resources protect prices, price evidence and specialty assignments. Quantities and productivity remain editable. Use Open items only to find outstanding resources. Resource closeout in Closing links to them, but open-resource counts do not replace or add a gate to the estimate's Data review.
