- Choose Add BOQ row. Select a Priceable item for work or a structural Section, Note or Subtotal. Only items carry quantities and prices.
- Enter the number and description. Leave an unknown item price blank. Use Position → Before to insert between existing rows, or keep At the end.
- Use the row's Edit action to change its number, description, values or order. Double-clicking the number also opens its editor.
Open item opens the cost build-up. Changing a BOQ quantity does not change its activities' quantities. Subtotal rows organize the sheet; their labels do not calculate another amount. Move linked sub-items before deleting their main item or changing it into a structural row.
