Document Intelligence helps extract useful project controls information from specifications and project documents.
When documents are processed, TCC can identify structured insights such as:
- Schedule constraints and required dates
- Scope inclusions and exclusions
- Material requirements
- Execution requirements
- Potential activity-code links
Spec Intel does not replace contract review. It helps surface clauses that should be checked against the field plan, work orders, submittals, and daily reports.
Best practice: upload clean PDFs, process them, then review extracted insights before using them for decisions.
