Budget Tracking
The Activity Code budget is the project's authoritative cost budget. Import it first and reconcile its five categories: Labor, Equipment, Material, Subcontractor, and Other.
Payment Item and CWP budgets are optional, independent reporting views. They are non-additive: never add them to the Activity budget or to each other when stating the official project budget.
What TCC calculates
- Actual cost from committed labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor entries
- Actual unit cost when a valid installed quantity is available
- Variance between the applicable planned and actual values
