Logging Production
- Go to the Production tab
- Select the Activity Code
- Enter quantity completed (metres, m³, tonnes)
- Click Add
Why this matters
Production data enables TCC to calculate productivity rate (output/crew-hour), unit cost ($/unit vs budget), and progress % (actual vs planned quantity).
Best practice: Enter production daily, not weekly. Daily data detects cost drift in 1–3 days. Weekly data lets problems compound for 5–10 days.
