3-Week Look-Ahead (3WLA)

A short-term planning tool to schedule work 3 weeks ahead, connected to activity codes and payment items.

Key concepts

• Planning Version – Multiple drafts, one active. Previous versions marked 'superseded'.
• Work Items – Tasks with title, party, dates, activity code, and quantities.

How to use

1. Go to 3WLA from nav bar
2. Select project, create new version
3. Add work items or upload Excel workbook
4. Set version to active
