3-Week Look-Ahead (3WLA)

A short-term planning tool to schedule work across a 21-calendar-day window, connected to activity codes and payment items.

Key concepts

• Planning revision – Upload creates a draft. One reviewed revision can be published; older revisions become read-only.
• Work items – Tasks with title, party, dates, activity code, and quantities.

How to use

1. Open 3WLA and select the project.
2. Download the project-specific template or add work items manually.
3. Upload the workbook to create a draft revision.
4. Review warnings and rows, then click Approve All to publish.
