How do I import a 3WLA from Excel?

Import 3WLA from Excel

1. Open 3WLA and select the project.
2. Click Download Template. TCC generates a fresh workbook for that project and the current 21-day window.
3. Fill in planned work items (title, party, activity code, dates, quantities).
4. Click Upload Workbook and choose the completed file.
5. Review the persistent import summary, warnings, and skipped rows. Unmatched optional activity-code or payment-item labels remain in the work-item notes for reconciliation.
6. Click Approve All only when the draft is ready to publish.

Uploading never replaces the published plan automatically. When a replacement is published, elapsed assignment history stays linked, future assignment dates become floating for reconciliation, and assignments spanning the publication cutoff are split so their history is preserved.
