Weekly Control
Weekly Control is the project manager view for turning daily field data into weekly decisions.
Start with Financial Position: Budget, Actual Cost, Approved Commitments, Open Commitments, Cost Exposure, and Exposure Variance. Each amount is labelled Final, Provisional, Incomplete, or Unavailable. Unavailable values display as an em dash, never as a false $0.
Open Actual Cost or Open Commitment evidence to review the contributing sources. Then review forecast readiness and the read-only Automatic Cost-to-Complete Preview before entering any manual provisional forecast.
The remaining sections cover schedule, early signals, resources, changes, risks, and Activity 360. Legacy cost or budget EVM cards are hidden when Financial Truth loads successfully; a genuine schedule baseline may still show Schedule Performance/SPI.
