User Roles

• Admin – Everything: config, users, imports, all reports, tenant settings, RBAC
• Admin (View Only) – View all admin pages but cannot modify
• Manager – Project management, reports, cost tracking, team oversight
• Superintendent – Site oversight, report review, field operations
• Foreman – Daily data entry: labor, equipment, materials, production, notes, documents
• Worker – Limited: view own entries, basic mobile capture

Manage roles at Admin → Tenant Users. Customize permissions at Admin → RBAC.
