Can I use TCC without internet?

Use mobile entry offline

1. While online, sign in and open Solo Entry at /m/solo or Mobile Log at /m/log for the intended project.
2. Offline, use the cached page and available cached choices. A project or list not loaded online may be unavailable.
3. Add entries and check the saved-on-phone count. Queued entries are not yet on the server.
4. Reconnect under the same company and user. Let automatic sync run or choose Sync/Sync Now.
5. Check the queue and saved project/date entries. Resolve rejected entries before submitting.

Photos and file attachments are not stored in the offline queue. Reattach them after reconnecting and verify successful upload.

Sync before signing out or switching companies: these actions clear protected offline data on shared devices. Offline support applies to these prepared mobile pages, not every TCC screen.
