Financial Position
- Select the project in Weekly Control.
- Read the authority state beside every amount: Final, Provisional, Incomplete, or Unavailable.
- Select View evidence under Actual Cost or Open Commitments to inspect the contributing records. The evidence panel is read-only and can be collapsed or closed.
- Resolve incomplete source records in their originating workflow; Weekly Control does not rewrite them.
Actual Cost separates final and provisional postings. Cost Exposure combines Actual Cost and Open Commitments without counting either twice. An em dash means the value is unavailable; it does not mean zero.
