How do I export data from TCC?

Exporting Data

Go to Admin → Integrations → Payroll & Job Cost Export, or navigate directly to /export/.

Available Exports:

  • Payroll CSV — Detail lines per worker per day with weekly and worker subtotals. Perfect for paymasters.
  • Job Cost CSV — All categories (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors) in one file.
  • Per-Category CSV — Labor only, equipment only, materials only, or subcontractors only.
  • QuickBooks IIF — Timer import file for QuickBooks Desktop.

All exports include only committed entries and are filtered by project and date range.
