What do pending, committed, and rejected mean?

Entry Status Basics

  • Pending - saved but not final. Pending rows can usually be edited or deleted before the daily report is committed.
  • Committed - official and locked. Committed rows are included in reports, payroll/job-cost exports, cost summaries, and signals.
  • Rejected - reviewed and sent back for correction. Rejected rows should be corrected or replaced before the report is accepted.

Do not confuse entry status with tab progress. A tab can be in progress or complete while its rows are still pending until the daily report is committed.
