Activity 360 is a drill-down view for one activity code. Instead of looking at the whole project, it answers: what is happening on this specific scope of work?
It can combine:
- Budget and actual cost by category
- Cost-to-date, daily cost, and burn percentage
- Purchase order commitment and remaining amount
- Production quantities and productivity
- Manpower by enterprise or subcontractor
- Linked documents, photos, and notes
- Latest early signals for that activity
Use it when a signal or report says an activity needs attention. The quality of Activity 360 depends on entries being linked to the correct activity code.
